The Annual CRN MSP 500 list is subdivided into the MSP Pioneer 250 category, which is mostly focused on MSPs serving the SMB market; the MSP Elite 150 category, which has a focus on large data centers; and the Managed Security 100 category, which comprises off-premises cloud-based IT security services. This year, Otava has been included in the MSP Elite 150 category.
