TigerConnect Included in Constellation ShortList for Clinical Communication

The leading healthcare communication platform provider TigerConnect has been included in the Constellation ShortList for Clinical Communication in Q3, 2019.

The Constellation ShortLists are produced by Constellation Research to advise industry leaders on disruptive technologies that can be leveraged to help early adopters achieve their digital transformation goals.

The Healthcare Clinical Communication shortlist was created to help healthcare organizations transition from outdated communications systems such as pagers and faxes to modern, powerful clinical communications platforms that improve communication efficiency and transform the patient experience.

These next-generation clinical communications platforms help healthcare organizations transform to patient-centered care models, cut healthcare costs, improve patient care and outcomes, and increase staff and patient satisfaction.

In order to be included in the list, Constellation Research requires solutions to meet the threshold criteria for the secure mobile platform, secure communications (voice & text), alert notifications, real-time location, nurse call integration, integration with the core unified communications system, and its healthcare system integration capabilities. The threshold criteria are assessed through client enquiries, customer references, partner conversations, market share, vendor selection projects, and internal research.

For the Q3, 2019, list, Constellation Research assessed 15 clinical communications solutions. Only 6, including TigerConnect, achieved the threshold criteria and were included in the Q3, 2019 list.

“Healthcare communication is fundamentally broken and fraught with delays that are costing our industry billions, causing clinical staff burnout, and worse, putting patients at risk,” said Brad Brooks, Co-founder and CEO of TigerConnect. “Our mission at TigerConnect is to modernize care team communication across health networks, improving the lives of physicians and nurses while elevating the quality of patient care.”

The list does not constitute endorsement of any solution or service, but each solution included in the list has been vetted and approved by Constellation Research analysts.
