TigerConnect Recognized by KLAS in Secure Communication Report for High Consideration, Retention, and Performance

TigerConnect has been recognized by KLAS in its 2018 Decision Insights: Secure Communication Report for “High Consideration, Retention, and Performance.” The Santa Monica-based secure communications platform provider was one of just three vendors recognized for their achievements in each of these areas.

Additionally, TigerConnect was recognized as the leading secure communications platform provider, having by far the biggest market share, and being the most considered solution out of the 20 platforms assessed for the report. In particular, the solution’s secure messaging functionality was found to “drive high satisfaction and very deep adoption.”

There are many secure communications platforms on the market, some of which are focused on secure text messaging while others, such as TigerConnect, offer much broader communication functionality to streamline communication across the entire organization. Many acute care organizations are opting for these broad communications platforms, while ambulatory organizations are primarily concerned with the secure HIPAA-compliant messaging functionality of these solutions.

For the report, KLAS obtained feedback from 20 different platforms used by acute care organizations, ambulatory care organizations, and post-care organizations. Through customer surveys, KLAS determined which vendors were most considered, the factors that influenced decision makers when choosing a communications platform and obtained customer assessments of vendor performance.

KLAS found the main reasons why TigerConnect was chosen over other solution providers was its market presence, reputation, usability, the company’s commitments to developing much broader communications functionality than competitors, the ease at which the system could be implemented, and how the platform can be used with minimal training.

The survey revealed TigerConnect was one of the most loved solutions. 95% of customers said the company keeps its promises, 92% said they would buy TigerConnect again, and 90% considered TigerConnect to be a long-term business partner.
