Compliancy Group has announced that Kleva Health Inc. has implemented an effective HIPAA compliance program and is meeting the requirements of the HIPAA Rules.
Kleva Health is a digital health technology company that provides a range of digital health products and services to individuals and their families, including saliva-based COVID-19 tests.
Since the company’s products and services interact with protected health information (PHI), safeguards need to be implemented to keep PHI secure and policies and procedures need to be implemented and followed to ensure PHI remains private and confidential.

After completing Compliancy Group’s 6-stage risk analysis and remediation process, Kleva Health’s good faith effort towards HIPAA compliance was assessed by Compliancy Group’s HIPAA subject matter experts.
Kleva Health was confirmed to be in compliance with the regulatory standards of the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Security Rule, Breach Notification Rule, Omnibus Rule, and the HITECH Act and Compliancy Group awarded Kleva Health the HIPAA Seal of Compliance.
